Copyright & Ownership
Who owns what you create — and your responsibilities.
You own your music
Songs you create on Zedon are yours. You hold the rights to the lyrics and audio you generate and may release, perform, license and monetise them without paying Zedon any ongoing royalty.
Your responsibilities
Because you control what goes into a song, you are responsible for making sure your inputs are clean. By creating and distributing a track, you confirm that:
- the lyrics, ideas and any uploaded cover art are original or properly licensed to you;
- you are not copying another artist's recorded song, melody or lyrics;
- you have permission to use any names, brands or likenesses referenced.
Respecting others
Zedon must not be used to imitate or clone a specific artist's voice or to recreate existing copyrighted songs. Doing so may violate the rights of others and our Terms & Conditions.
Distribution & warranties
When you release through Kentuenz, you warrant that you own or control all rights in the recording and artwork. You agree to indemnify Zedon and Kentuenz against claims arising from content you submit that infringes a third party's rights.
Reporting infringement
If you believe a release infringes your copyright, contact us at zedonai@kentunez.com with details of the work and the alleged infringement, and we will investigate and act where appropriate, including taking down infringing releases.
Platform marks
